(Closing starts one hour before our regularlry scheduled 7pm Thursday auction) You are NOT required to take everything in a lot that you win. Preview Wednesday October 12th from 5-7pm. (5) outbuildings and a house full of equipment, tools, parts, mowers, ladders, storage, household, furniture, crocks, trailers, lumber, scrap metal and tons more. Pickup will be from 10am-5pm on Saturday October 15th at 734 Milburn School Road in O'Fallon, IL (just west of the O'Fallon High School Freshmen Campus). All items must be removed by 5pm-no exceptions. There will not be any additional pickup days or times, we will not be there early and we will not stay past 5pm. We do not offer refunds for items that are not removed on Saturday October 15th at 5pm. If you cannot make this scheduled pickup day and times, please do not bid. There is NO SHIPPING for items in this auction. Please bring help, boxes and tools if necessary, unfortunately we cannot help you move or load your items. Some items are located upstairs in the house. Items premanently attached to the walls/floors/ceilings are NOT included even though they may be shown in the pictures.
